Travel is additional and is charged at $2 per km.
All prices are in NZD, and on the invoice, it will be inclusive of GST (15%).
Prices are valid as of November 2025 and are subject to change at the discretion of MakeMeUp.
Services are priced according to a specific service time. Additional time is charged at $30 per 15 minutes.

Terms & Conditions
Deposit:
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. This confirms your date and is deducted from the total amount.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the booking, or can be paid in cash on the day.
Travel:
Travel is charged at $2 per kilometre per stylist, based on Google Maps' estimated distance. Please note this is a return trip.
We happily travel for destination weddings, TV, and photoshoots, with all travel and accommodation expenses covered by the client.
There is no early morning fee or public holiday surcharge.
Pricing:
All pricing will be outlined in your quote and invoice. Pricing is subject to change until your deposit is paid.
Event Cancellation
If the client cancels a booking within 14 days, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours, 100% of the invoice amount is payable.
Cancellation
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 8 weeks, 100% of the invoice is payable.
Cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior are charged 50% of the invoice total.
We will do our best to accommodate amendments, and changes can usually be arranged with notice.
Allergies & Illness
lients are responsible for notifying Laura of any allergies, sensitivities, or known reactions.
We are not liable for any allergic response to products used. If preferred, we are happy to use your personal products.
If you are unwell or contagious, please cancel your appointment out of respect for our health and workspace.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that Laura is unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, every effort will be made to arrange a replacement stylist.
If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued for any services not provided.
No monetary compensation is offered for stylist changes.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for completed hair or makeup services.
If you have any concerns, please notify us while we are still on location so adjustments can be made immediately.
